In the beginning...

Our welding shop opened in 1976 under the name of Ace Iron Works and for many years we specialized in manufacturing burglar bars, gates and various types of ornamental iron products.   As the burglar bar market weakened in the mid 80's, many of our customers expressed an interest in securing their homes with attractive driveway gates.  So, in 1989, we changed our name to the Automatic Gate Company.  We have continued over the years as a small family owned company specializing in meticulous workmanship, attention to detail and one on one service to each of our customers.

We have set up our shop with modern state of the art tools and equipment.  We have gone to great lengths to modify many aspect of manufacturing our gates to make them stronger, attractive, and reliable.

Our many years of business has given us thousands of satisfied customers and of course an abundance of referrals are available. We are members of the BBB and Angie's List and are in excellent standing with both.  We would be grateful to have the opportunity to send you pricing and information.   We usually offer you same day pricing if you fill out the pricing and contact form. 

Our showroom is available if you would like to see our gate styles side by side, however please call first to set up an appointment.   Some evening appointments are available on a limited basis until 8:00 PM.
